Starting today :-)

Another 2lbs off this week. Starting to get a bit fed up with the shakes so have dropped on and have a cooked breakfast and then a shake and then a no carb meal.
I have started running with the ipod app Get Running which helps you get from couch to 5k!!! I am really enjoying it too. I have a snack in the morning and then go for a run and then have my cooked breakfast after my run.
