Hi guys,
The day has finally come, I'm switching from lipotrim to slim and save today. My plan is oatmeal for breakfast, veg soup for lunch, cottage pie with veg for tea and the lemon bar for a snack later this evening. Can't wait to get started on it and eat something! Good luck to all other newbies and to those who are going strong xx
