Starting tomorrow

    Just picked up my package, have already had a scrummy breakfast so will be starting tomorrow. Can't wait!!

    Good luck - first few days are tough but I am now on Day 5 and it is getting a bit easier, drinking lots and keeping busy helps.

    I`m starting tomorrow too :D I am going to see my CDC this evening.

    Do you have much weight to lose? I need to lose about 17lbs to get to "goal", But it would be only just! So I am hoping to lose an extra 10lbs but we shall see how I feel/go.

    Maybe we can help each other through the first few days

    Hi SS,

    I have about 2.5 stone to relose to get back to my goal weight (9.5 stone . Then, I want to try and maintain with a few pounds of that either way.

    I looked up what PCOS was -- and it looks like it will be more difficult for you to lose weight, so I think we can do this together. (I have another friend with that condition... I just didn't recognise the abbreviation. She had the big problems with facial hair and weight loss.)
