    Hi all I'm starting in the morning got 3 stone too loose, not looking forward to the headaches and hunger tho lol hope I can stick to it. Hoping this forum will help with the cravings and times of giving up. So here goes the new me :)

    Good luck, you can do it! Usually the headaches are over after a few days and the hunger isn't so bad. You just have to be determined :)

    Yeah all this talk about water is definitely the best advice anyone can give you!
    My water bottle has became my best friend ( haven't got to the point of naming it yet ;) )
    I just finished my first week the first thalf was spent slumped just wanting to sleep but I've been bouncing about the past couple of days, actually feels good.
