I have been reading all your posts for a few weeks now and am starting tomorrow! Everything is ready, have been trying to reduce my carb intake over the past few days to see if that helps the cravings!

Hiya babyballie, it looks like we have similar stats, its also my birthday in April and I am going away, I would love to loose 3 stone by then but dont know how do able that would be!

I will be after loads of support as I believe that the first 4 days are hell!!

I believe that the first 4 days are hell so will probably be on here all the time to get through that lol!!

Not at all Vamp! You are a lot taller than me though! I am an 18 in most things but the occassional 20.

Im the same.. around 3 stone by April.. my bday is 2nd x

Im on my preperation week jst now.. reduce carbs increase water x

Vamp im same height and weight as yourself.. I am a 16/18 in clothes.. x

thanks everyone regarding the clothes size, im a size 20, last year when i weighed about 7lb less i was a size 16/18, but i guess having a baby has changed my body shape a lot!
