Hi Sun Lover,
I've just restarted again after Christmas too.
I find the first day or two is the hardest (hunger pangs!) but if you can get past that you'll be laughing! Just remember to snack if you are feeling hungry but on something low cal, like the snack packs or fruit.
Gives you a great feeling of control too.
Keep posting it helps to motivate you and us others too.

Thanks everyone, nice to know you are out there. Weighed myself this morning - so glad I have committed to this lol. Will keep you posted. Just had my cereal bar - choc crunch and was yummy. So far so good
