I've just restarted again after Christmas too.
I find the first day or two is the hardest (hunger pangs!) but if you can get past that you'll be laughing! Just remember to snack if you are feeling hungry but on something low cal, like the snack packs or fruit.
Gives you a great feeling of control too.
Keep posting it helps to motivate you and us others too.
