starting wednesday

right, so im starting back on CD on wednesday, wooohooo!!

how do you prepare ? apart from the obvious and start cutting down, ive been told to have a blow out until wednesday and start from then but i think it would be a lot harder if i did this!!
 
What I find the easiest is to go on a high protein and low carb diet so that you are already in ketosis by the time you start.
Lots of chicken, tuna, eggs, low fat cottage cheese etc and a few bits of salad or veggies.
If you are going to have a "last blow out" type thing, do it tonight so that you will definitely be in ketosis on Wednesday.

That's how I do it anyway, I'm sure there are other ways though :)
