Hi,
I am just starting week 4 @ SW.
Week 1: -4lbs
Week 2: - 1.5lbs
Week 3: -1.5lbs
I have been reading other people's stories and they seem to loose more! I go to a step class 3 times a week as well so I thought I might loose more than 1.5
. I am a vegi so on a Green day all the time!
