On the wagon again anyone got ideas for exercise with a bad back, i find walking boring
I am not a huge fan of walking but u should look up Lesley Sansone on You Tube, with her you do 1 Mile/2 Mile/3 Mile in your living room! I did it last year and found if brilliant, I too have a Bad Back/Neck/Shoulders so have to be super careful. Hope this helps. X
