God I am so hungry this morning - I've eaten my cereal at 8am and had my toast at 9.30am. Now I am counting down till my hubby comes in for lunch - 12.30pm. Am going to make a nice salad for us - trying to stay away from the fridge. Nothing nice in it anyways but still I am afraid of what I might find in the presses (if I look). Swallowing the water here to beat the band - have drank 1lt so far this morning. Think that I need to get my ass off the sofa and do some exercise.

Think that the fact that I was doing CS a few weeks back has mine carb levels all over the place. Never again I tell you. WW is the "weigh" to go. :kissass:

Hi, next time avoid the toast carbs make you hungry, have porridge or a low gi ceral as it works.
I drink green tea with sweetners n a little as milk when I'm hungry as it makes it go, akso you get the water in as I drink caffine free (migraines)
I must admit I'm hungry but I've had no breakfast yet , do you think it's real hunger or emotional/ boredum ask yourself are you stomache hungry, like you have hunger pains or are you mentally hungry, it's what I did when I started ww this time as I'm an comfort emotional eater, exercise is good best do it on an empty stomach we use glycion stores then which then we have to burn fat as they are used up.
    xx

Keep some 0 point snacks handy as well. I had cereal this morning and i can manage till 12 on an apple and tea :giggle: The idea with WW is to maintain the feeling of being full and being wise with our points :D

I am definitely an emotional eater. Sometimes I do tend to go too long without eating and then I go mental. Mind you I haven't done that for a while. I was so good yesterday and so am determined to stay on the straight and narrow today.

Lunch is going to be - lettuce, cherry tomatoes, some curry rice, ham and boiled egg. No bread.

Dinner is planned already - roast chicken, baked potato & carrots.

That should bring me to roughly 20pts for the day. I am allowed 23 - 3 saved over. Yay!!!!
