Have decided to do red days Mon-Fri and Extra Easy at the weekend, cant do green, i feel hungry and miserable all day, so I know if i did these i would cheat and then end up giving up!

HEXa - 2 x mini babybel
HEXb - wholemeal roll

Bfast - Scrambled eggs, beaked beans, grilled tomato and bacon medallions.

Snack - 2 x mcdonalds fruit bags (went shopping with a friend and had to watch her eat a big mac meal while i ate apple wedges - feel saintly! lol)

Lunch - wholemeal roll with Low fat LC triangles x 3 (4.5 syns)and wafer thin smoked ham, and a side portion of slimming world chips

Dinner - roast chicken and salad, skin removed and 2 babybels

snack - 2 x gherkins, 1 syn of Bernard matthews turkey ham

TOTAL SYNS - 5.5

very low today because i am trying to limit the damage of a disastrous chinese on wed for my other halfs bday and a fried breakfast at the hospital on thursday!
