Good to see you back Rachel
I was wondering how you were getting along. January is hard, I gained about 4 pounds in December / January 2013 - so no alcohol, up the exercise and carry on. Its painfully slow these days about a pound a week if I move the scales around the bathroom and do the best of three!
But being slim - size 12 is absolutely magic.

It varied, there is quite a bit of social eating with my job. I used to time 'add a meal' with social events or just fed up days. It was a treat to go out for some fish, steak or something with salad and diet drink. An amazing treat when you live on water and green tea. I love sushi, no rice of course but miso soup and salmon sashimi was good too.
So perhaps every two weeks or so. Always no or very low carb and a protein boost.
