Well, Day 1 - here we go.
(EE)

B - Big bowl of fruit and FF yogurt
pint of water.

S - 2 x chicken OXO
1 x banana
1 x punnet cherries

L - Jacket spud with Beans ( pub lunch)
fruit for pud.

cottage cheese and toms, cue, mushrooms etc

2 x Alpen Light - HEXB

D - Omelette with loads of m/rooms, onions, toms peppers, ham
42g low fat cheddar -HEXA
mushy peas
S/W chips.
fruit with FF yogurt for pud.

snacks through day

Syns - 1/2 a Greggs cupcake which i have sinned at 10.

An hour of hardcore kickboxing !!!!

OK, Day 2 and i have to say its much easier than i expected - i think because i am having decent sized meals im not so hungry for snacks!

(EE)

B - Big bowl of fruit and FF yogurt

1 x banana
1 x punnet cherries

L - Wholemeal Pasta
1 x tin of tuna
mixed salad (peppers, cue, onion, toms)
2 - tblspn elf mayo - 1 SYN

S - Slices of Ham

cottage cheese
Large mixed Salad
Sea Bass cooked in Lemon, Pepper, herbs
Feta HEXA
Alpen Light 1/2 HEXB, Muller Light, Fruit

S - Alpen Light 1/2 HEXB
F/Fries 4 Syns

Exercise - i hour in the gym ( 40 mins cardio, 20 mins weights)
