    I started posting my food diary on weight rather than food diary (DOH!) section so starting again. I had a tooth extracted on Wednesday so Saturday was a wee bit laboured for me


    Saturday_Red Day:
    Tea with skimmed milk (HEXa) x4
    Dry fried egg
    bacon
    morrisons 60% sausages x2 (1 syn)
    Tomato sauce (1/2 syn)
    Diet Coke
    WW Chocolate dessert whip (2 syns)

    Total: 3 1/2 Syns

    Sunday_Green Day:
    Diet Coke
    Tunnock Tea Cake (5 1/2) syns
    Egg on 1 Wholemeal Toast (HEXb)
    Flora xtra light (1/2 syn)
    Tea with skimmed milk x 3 (HEXa) with sugar (3 syns)
    Roast Beef (HEXb)
    Mashed Potatoes (loads)
    Turnip
    Milky way (6 syns)

    Total 14 1/2 syns

    Weekend is over which is bad in most ways but good from a sw point of view! - need to get some structure into my weekends me thinks.

    Going to try and gym it (curves) @ least 3 times this week if only to make my membership fee worth it lol!

    monday 22nd feb

    so back to work:
    breakfast: porridge (hexb) - it was horrible!
    with skimmed milk (hexa)
    options hot choc (2 syns)

    Snack: 2x tangerines
    banana
    milky stars (9 syns - what!!!)


    Lunch: Egg fried rice with falafel
    cheesecake mullerlight
    Sugar free redbull

    Dinner: Potato cake & green beans

    Snack: Tunnocks teacake (6 syns)
    French fancy (5 1/2 syns)
    Total 22 1/2 syns!

    Lesson learned today check the syn value before sticking it in gob!

    Got three days of training ahead of me and Im unprepared so going to look up syn values for ready made soup thats low on syns (to put in a flask)

    hi all lost 1.5lbs tonight woohoo
    those pesky milky stars didnt rain on my parade!

    Anyways today was a bit wishy washy
    Breakfast: Banana
    Snack: Mullerlight
    Lunch: WW pasta salad (1 syn) I think??!
    Quavers (4 1/2 syns)
    Banana

    Dinner: sw chips

    after weigh in treat: Big Mac - not even going to write the syns down! Didn't enjoy it.

    Another day of training over - one day to go!

    Breakfast - All Bran (42g) Hexb
    Skimmed milk HEXa
    Snack - Banana & Tangerine

    Lunch - Homemade egg fried rice
    fried tofu (frylight)
    toffee mullerlight

    Dinner - Chicken Breast (Hexb)
    Mashed Potato
    Green beans

    Snacks - milky way (6 syns)
    teacake (5 1/2 syns)

    Tried out sw chips in halogen oven - delish and fuss free xx

    Wed 3rd March - Green Day

    Well put on 1lb last night which is what happens when you don't keep a food diary! Another lesson learned :sigh: but went for a 3.5 mile walk yesterday and felt good :D

    B: Weetabix & Skimmed Milk HEXa & HEXb)
    Coffee with sugar (1 syn)

    L: Egg Noodles with Oyster Sauce (3 syns)

    D: Chicken Pieces (HEXb) and Stirfry veg with mash

    Snacks: 3 peices of 5g chocolate (3 syns)
    Tangerine x3
    Creme Egg Ice Cream (70g) 5.5 syns)
    Total: 12 syns

    Havent done this for a while (diary not sw I mean) and Ive been having a hard time focusing on doing it right so Im going to try really hard to be persistent and honest with myself!
    Im using my iphone app so thats why its under times a bit of a pain but actually quite helpful.
    Im babysitting my brothers and sisters this weekend s (all 7 of them! and husband of course) so I think it will be a fast food weekend so lets see if I can make the right choices might have a chinese (l love boiled rice so that would be good) or maybe a sw bbq?
