Sticking to plan

Hi I haven't been to group for about 10 weeks after losing 3st I have put 8lb back on so I will be keeping track on here to keep me focused. I have a holiday in 4 months so want to lose a stone before then. Already made a batch of muffins incase I fancy a snack. I am determined to stay on plan and get this last bit of weight off.

They look amazing. How do you make those? x
I used 6 eggs just whisked them then spray a muffin tray with frtlight add chopped peppers, onion and ham or whatever speed food u like season the eggs with salt and pepper, I used garlic granuals to, pour into muffin tray and then bake in the oven for 15 to 20 mins they are lovely x
