[QUOTETEAMS - Post here if you are interested in joining! Hello everyone! Teams are being reorganised, so anyone who is interested in joining - please add your name to a list here. Absolutely anyone can apply for a place, whether you have 5lbs to lose, 200lbs to lose, or are at goal weight and just feel you need the support. :)

Once we have an idea of the number of people interested, we will be assigning Teams and Team captains.

Team Rules:

- You need to be active - minimum posting once per week for your WI result
- if you are inactive for 3 weeks or more (without letting your team captain know) then you will be removed from teams and will have to reapply again for a place when you return.

How do teams work?

Teams work by providing you with a small network of people who can act as support / guidance for you on a weekly basis. Working as a team can give you that competitive edge that may drive you to work that little bit harder to support not only yourself but others in your team.

Teams will weigh in on a weekly basis. These scores will be collated monthly and then Teams will be awarded 'trophies' for winning the monthly challenge.

How does the scoring system work?

The scoring system works in a similar way to football scores:

For a loss, you score 2
For a STS you score 1 (or 2 if you are at goal weight and maintaining within your 5lb limit)
For a gain you score 0.

You do not have to post your weight anywhere, or how much you have lost / gained if you do not want to - only the score you have achieved.

Other challenges may be organised by your Team Captain within your own team, or across the Teams as time progresses. Either way, good luck - onwards and downwards! :)
