    Hi everyone

    Sorry I've been quiet lately, just chipping in with the odd post here and there. The truth is, I'm struggling :(

    Since hitting target of 11 stones in April, I've carried on losing without trying and had to reset my target twice. I'm currently 10 stones 4lbs, which is the very bottom end of my current target weight. I lost 1.5lbs this week and have eaten nothing but crap for about 4 weeks as I've been in holiday mode!

    I just can't seem to stick to plan at the moment, but really don't want to lose any more. I'm getting the "ooh, you really don't want to lose any more, do you?" comments from people now. Well, no, I don't actually, but I can't help it!!!:confused: 3 people this week (including my boss and my Mom) have told be I'm too thin. I honestly don't think I am - yet. I think it's just cos they knew me fat and I do look very different!

    Sorry for rambling. Just wanted to say that I am still around and reading some, but not all posts when I can and I still love you :D

    If you carry on losing weight without any reason i.e. dieting or a more strenuous routine, I would say get it checked out.

    It sounds like everyones ideal though lol !!!
