Still confused over the Wendi plan

Ok,

I have read that link that Starlight posted about the Wendi Plan, but I am still confused about it, the example it gives is loads of points....but the other day I saw one that was based on 23 points, which is what I want, anyone know where I can get this info....or can anyone just give me an example week of wendi plan based on 23 points?

You mean what point you get each day if you are on 23 pts?

If so it would be

Day 1 - 24
Day 2 -21
Day 3 -33 which would be your super high day
Day 4 - 19 super low day
Day 5 - 23
Day 6 - 22
Day 7 (weigh in day) - 19

I did the Wendie plan when I was on WW years ago. It was the only way I shifted past a very long plateau.

I am going to start it on Thursday, weigh in day tomorrow, then start it thursday in preparation for wednesday next week to be next weigh in day!!
