You can't have fruit for the first 2 weeks on induction you can re-introduce it once on owl stage, as Susie says no more than 120g cheese per day. Veggies are important but make sure they are low carb ones... green is best, but cauliflower, mushrooms, celeriac are ok too.

Start with 3 mug fulls of veg per day with yr choice of meat,fish or eggs & you won't go wrong.
