After a nothing week last week I thought right not this time.
Last week I ate more i went up to ss+. I went to the gym 2 days.
And then I ended up losing 6 1/2 lb :D
What's occuring basically?
To lose nothing going to the gym more and eating less,
Then going to the gym less and eating more.
I'm in my 11th week( I think lol ) and to get 6 1/2 lb that's massive?

I don't know exactly how it works, but it does seem that exercise and SS causes lower losses than either not-exercising-and-SS, or exercising-and-SS+-or-810.

and cambridge do say that they don't recommend ss if you are active.

It may be that when you use so many more calories than you consume, that your body is in shock and so shutting down non-essential functions (hair growth etc) in order to preserve your fat stores.

well done - massive loss in particular for week eleven. Never have understood how you seem to lose less if you exercise on SS than if you don't - sort of suits my lazy nature lol. - PGD x
