Busy Busy Busy! Don't seem to stop! We are currently packing for a weekend away, and then once we are back need to start boxing up the house for moving! we havent got out official exchange or move date yet but its not far away! 
how is everyone? apologies for not getting on here very often. I havent updated my exercise ticker all week even tho I have been exercising...Honest!
I STS this week, and hope to at least lose 1lb next week, even tho we are away I am still going to be really careful with what I eat.
