well i`ve cut down carbs, but still in awful pain.
i woke in pain this morn had half a shake and an apple, was ok for an hour then it started again.
just had a slice of toast with peanut butter, and pain getting worse.
i`m still not sure when the pain is worse, its bad when hungry and then after the food.
my run is on sunday, should i stop all carbs?????????
i really cant do my run in this pain, any ideas anyone???
