Still losing on refeed

Hi all

Lost half a pound this week, which is good as a have not been drinking enough water, will be good girl next week

Not had much potato or pasta or any bread at all, not felt like any as my salad and meat fill me up

Might try breakfasts next week, after next fridays weigh in.

Anybody got good tips for breakfasts.

i am planning on having low fat natural fromage frais, sprinkled with a handful of all bran and sliced fruit for brekkie after my refeed fortnight.

some more ideas i have been toying with are:

ww bread toasted with half a mashed banana or marmite [not together yuk!]

one weetabix with skimmed milk and fruit [strawberry,banana ect]

ww bagel toasted and dessert spoon of honey

2 grilled turkey rashers with grilled mushrooms and a grilled tomato or tinned for 'wetness' [sunday brekkie]

small tin of ww baked beans on 2 slices ww bread toasted

cant think of owt else lol
