Thought I would be getting hunger pangs by now (at the end of week 2, week 3 starts tomorrow) but I truly haven't.
Can't check ketosis levels as I didn't always register on the sticks anyway. Maybe we're just used to being satisfied by less now?
I'd have thought the carbs in the veg and the quorn I eat would be enough to take me out of ketosis by now, even though we're still on very low amounts of cals.
Anyone else got thoughts on this?
Not that I am complaining of course! Just lovely to be able to eat AND not be constantly hungry - which I seemed to be on my old lifestyle of shovelling high-carb processed rubbish down my neck!
