still or carbonated water

I have no problem drinking my water each day but i am mainly drinking fizzy water i thought this was okay but someone told me that it would slow my weight loss down is this true
 
Havent a clue to be honest, i didnt think it would but I would assume you will be more bloated with just fizzy water.

nice to find out though :D

I've drunk nothing but sparkling water all the way through, between 2-3 litres a day, I've had good losses every week for 14 weeks, so in my opinion, it doesn't affect your WI's!
 
Yep me too! I've drank nothing but fizzy water this time and my losses have been great every week! :) x
 
i'm a fizzy fan, but drink both still and fizzy. Haven't affected my losses.... and fills me up (ish)
