I'm just starting my second week and I can't stop drinking water.

I'm thirsty all the time - I'm not adding any salt to food incase you ask.

I am drinking about 12 pints of water a day. Meaning I am weeing all the time, have to get up in the night to wee.

    Is this OK?

That sounds like a heck of a lot of water. My convertor site puts that at 6.8 litres of water per day...

Given your BMI, I'd stop the diet pronto if it makes you that thirsty...

Please be very careful. You can drink too much water - best to find out why you're so thirsty - the heat can make you thirstier but you shouldn't need that much. Maybe pop to the pharmacy/GP for advice?
