I bought some sauce for a stir fry from tesco, sweet chilli and ginger and110 cals per serving.
Doesa anyone know how many syn values this has or any low syn stir fry sauces that i could try?
Had a good loss last week and want to keep it up

Pre packed sauces etc don't qualify for a free food allowance, therefore you can work it out using 1 syn for every 20 cals. In this case it would be 5.5 syns per serving-most of those little sauce packs contain two servings, so best to double check HTH
