stock for soup

Hi guys, i boiled a piece of briskett today for my dinner tonight. Just wondered if anyone knew the syn value of home made stock from the beef. I want to make soup with it but not sure how to syn it.

Do any of you lovely peeps know? x
 
I take it nobody knows then, it is a tricky one x
 
I never count homemade stock! I didn't know you had to so have probably been doing it wrong for ages.

I looked up 'stock' under basic foods and it said half a syn for 284ml made from granules, powder or cubes, but nothing about homemade.

I would say it is free as long as it has no fat on the surface- but I would say that as I never count it lol!!!!
