STOP!!!
I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread going where we have listed all the different reasons WHY we are losing weight. Then if we are struggling, craving food and struggling to focus we can read through the list, pick a reason why we are doing this and imagine ourselves getting to that stage!
Ill start the list and then if you would like to copy and paste it into a new post and add your reasons. Hopefully at the end we will have all the answers to the excuses our minds come up with and we can say STOP to going down the wrong path!
