Stupid question I know but any idea of syns in half a Stottie? Up with family and I love a Stottie sarnie but I reckon it's about a billion zillion syns.

I tried googling to find calories as it will have no free food allowance. But couldnt find anything online I am afraid.

I would imagine it would be very high in syns though.
