strange taste in my mouth???

Ive had a very sweet taste in my mouth since yesterday that wont go away???

Is this a good sign???

Has anyone had this????

It could well be ketosis - some people experience it as a metallic taste, some people as bad breath, and some people have it as a 'sweetness'

Sian, not sure about a sweet taste, but i know ketosis gives a metalic taste, something to do with the keytones, so if its the same taste your in ketosis, which is a good sign! xx

yes a sweet taste in your mouth is related to ketosis
