Strawberry Activia Snackpot

Hiya,

I picked up a single Strawberry Activia Snackpot this morning. I have searched the posts on this forum and can't find anything that 100% confirms that these yoghurts are syn free.

Please can someone tell me if this is free or if it has syns in it?

I'm sure that these are free... As long as it's fat free, there should be no value...

Hiya its free, if you've bought the Fat Free range, otherwise there will be a syn value

I love them I do but I only buy them when they are on offer too lol!
All the fat free ones are free apart from peach which is 0.5 syns

As long as you have got a Fat Free version, it doesn't matter if its the snack size or the pack of four
