Does any1 know if you can av strepsils whilst on LT,ive got a really bad cold & sore throat etc.will it mess with ketosis ...HELP:9529::bundledup:

From what I heard... yes... they have glucose in them... sugar is bad bad bad!! maybe tea will help u?

sorry cant have them.. i found just cold water helped and just basically put up with it for a bit!

definitely not! i had a terrible cough at the beginning i wasnt allowed cough syrup or anything remotely close to it coz it would take you out of ketosis. like the others said... tea... and also sip on water... hope you feel better soon x

Try gargling with a soluble asprin. I'm not sure if you are allowed to swallow soluble asprint but gargling with it will help easy the pain.
