stress+lotsa junk food=TANGO!!

I have been under a lot of stress recently and as usual i ate my way through it! I was at a kids party on sat and on sunday ate like 4 diff types of puddings! !BAD ME! I knew I was being bad and thought Id almost got away with with until monday! EEECKK!
It lasted all day and on tues too. Still a little dodgey today but much better. I have been good since monday and keeping a food diary on MFP.
I cant believe how much rubbish I ate and jeeez it sure was NOT worth it!
I find it hard to tell which foods (good ones) have the tango effect too as they tend not to happen for few days. I think cheese and eggs are prob out am I right?

I'm ok with eggs and v. Small amounts of cheese, like 30g
 
If you stick to the rules then you won't have this problem.
