I so stressed and upset with things going onmy end that im finding it hard to really eat as much as i should,cant even bear breakfast at the moment i hope my appetite comes back soon.

Hi Dsarah

Don't worry about things ie.. food.. if you are having problems sort them out first then you will be in a better frame of mind to help yourself.

Just try to have breakfast and keep yourself hydrated... you have to keep your body functioning ...a little is better than nothing... we are always here if you need a shoulder....

Thanks for comments will try just to eat a cereal bar to keep me going xx

Just wanted to say take care of yourself and even if you can't face food at the moment make sure you have plenty of fluids.

Fluids are so important for the body... it helps all organs and the brain to function properly.... so drink if nothing else!!
