Strictly on SW but GAINING weight!!!! How??

Is that right? Sorry to go back a week, but was looking for a thread on syns and came across this. Was wondering if not eating them could actually hamper weight loss, cos mine doesn't seem to be shifting, even though I've hardly been having syns.

So we're saying you should definitely have 5, or 10??? Can hear the chocolate calling....
Yes try to have a minimum of 5 per day. Also make sure you are eating enough, it is a myth that eating less is best. You have to keep your metabolism working and it's best to eat little and often to keep it stable. Eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full
 
I use elextronic scales which your measure weight, water and fat I love them! Even when I have a small weight gain or the scales wont budge I know by the fat and water readings that things are going in the right direction.
I bought them from sainsbury'd for about £30.
