Striking a balance!

Dunno about yas but I find if im eating well, exercise falls by the wayside yet if im goin to the gym regularly, im always starvinnnn! Annoying to say the least. Guess I just have to strike a good balance. Should maybe be healthy snacking a bit more so i dont feel so hungry.

Does anyone else find it hard strikin a balance between diet n exercise??

I'm the opposite unfortunatly. If I go to the gym I eat better, if I don't I end up eating wayyy too much :( So down about it, haven't been to the gym all week and I have ate so much damn junk food GRRRRR x

Aw yeah sometimes if u dont go to the gym u think "whats the point"!! Awful attitude!! lol
