Struggleing with things to eat on slimming world

    Im on a red day today and so far have had-

    Breakfast- bacon, 2 slices of bread ( healthy extra) and tomatoes

    Lunch- 2 slices of had, cucumber and lettuce and a packets of snack a jacks ( 4.5 syns)

    Tea will be a chicken dinner
