Struggling in my 3rd week and feel awful

If you're struggling it could be from dehydration, so drink more water!!! I know everyone says it but the more you drink the more you shrink, remember you're using your fat through your urine so the more you go the better!

Sorry I couldn't put it more eloquently haha!

Why do you think you'll put weight on this week?

Are you feeling down in the dumps? Unfortunately, it's a horrible side-effect. It will pass, so please stick with it.

I know these are obvious questions, but like Lauren said above - are you drinking enough water? I've said this before, but I have a little mantra when i'm weeing (which seems like a hundred times a day)... I'm weeing the fat away, wee wee wee weeing the fat away... (try it... just in your head tho, don't be saying it out load in the toilets in M&S...)

Yep, gone slightly bonkers on cd - but think its worth it! lol

Thanks, will increase my water, I am on a period which has me feeling very bloated as well.
