I know these are obvious questions, but like Lauren said above - are you drinking enough water? I've said this before, but I have a little mantra when i'm weeing (which seems like a hundred times a day)... I'm weeing the fat away, wee wee wee weeing the fat away... (try it... just in your head tho, don't be saying it out load in the toilets in M&S...)
Yep, gone slightly bonkers on cd - but think its worth it! lol
