yay for me i just resisted having anything calorific and found a couple of pickled onions in the back of the cupboard and had some cubed FF cheese for HEX a determined to stay on track this week and staying under my syn allowance
 
Well done! Your on for a great loss i love pickled onions and cheese yum yum!
 
wow well done you. i have given in after a rough night stress wise 4 celebrations choccies and a bag of chilli ryvita minis ontop of a full 15 syns monday grrr
 
Well done for resolving to stay on track, but remember that syns are there to be used if you need them, not to avoid having!

Thanks i will remember that the problem was i was already on 14 syns at the time :sigh: only on 4syns atm

@purplesky ooh thanks for that i completely forgot how much i liked gherkins!!!

Had some super speed soup today and LOADS left in the pan gonna need to go buy some chinese tubs to freeze it all, but its absolutely lovely.
 
wish me luck now though cos i'm off to work soon where i'll be surrounded by alcohol and nibbles :rolleyes: gonna try and stick to the diet pepsi and keep busy
