Struggling to drink my water!

If you are not getting your water down then the way you are tackling it has to change. :)

Clock watching to reinforce new water habits will help you achieve 4 litres - 2 litres befor 12pm and 2 before 4pm - any more is a bonus. Ease off in eveing so not up in the night.

The moment you swing your legs out of bed - start drinking..........playing catch up all day is no fun ;)

More you drink the more you shrink :D
