Struggling to get back on!

Trying... Really Trying.
Hey Guys and Gals,

A few of you might remember me from the summer time when I was being 100% SW. I lost about 2.5stone and was super into it... Then... I went on holiday, feasted, didnt put on much weight, then got cocky, lost the healthy habit and here I find myself post christmas thoroughly fed up because I'm back where I started!
I know I can lose on the plan, I know I can lose well, BUT... I'm just having such a rubbish time with family/work/money etc at the moment that all I want to do in the long dark evenings is watch amercian crime shows and shovel cake into my face.
I have had about 3 false starts since Xmas... lasting a pitiful few days before something else annoys me to the point of getting a takeaway on the way home.

I have arranged to go running twice a week with a friend, I have arranged to meet up with a few friends for drinks (healthy ones) to avoid staying at home near the biscuit cupboard. I am really trying from this start but I am finding it MUCH harder this time to get back on!

Anyone else?!

I can associate with all of what you have said
Get back on it, you are doing all the right things
I haven't tried running yet but even getting back to the gym makes a difference and makes you feel more positive

Hi Mark,
I find keeping on 'here' helps me, especially when im running out of ideas of what to cook, the recipe section is always helpful in new ways with food recipes etc.
You can do it, I have my 3rd weigh in tonight and this is my 2nd time of doing SW!
I always keep a supply of curly wurly's (6 syns) and Walkers French Fries (4 syns) in so if i do feel peckish or weakening then i nibble on those.
Also I have found keeping a cheesecake made up this quark and options sachet in white chocolate made up in the fridge is helping me!

Hey hun dont look at them as false starts more like easing yourself back into the plan. im sure you will get back into it very soon..make sure you keep coming on the boards for the extra support.. ill try and remeber to follow my own advise too lol
