well its been difficult i know it would not be easy but decided to nip it in the bud before i realise i have added a stone on

I know its 9 lbs but its just as difficult to loose a little as it is a lot

so wish me luck it starts again tomorrow

hoping first week will lose most of the 9lbs

Hi wannabe, Glad you are feeling ok today. Can i ask how you dealt with reaching your target? I have reached my target and am now moving up the CD steps (on 1200 now), did you follow the plans after reaching goal? I ask because I wonder how it's going to be once i get to the end? I'm hoping never to have to revert back to the weight loss phase and eventually not have to be on CD altogether.
