OK so I haven't cheated at all or anything and am definitely in ketosis (I check all the time!) but I am still really, really hungry a lot of the time. I'm sure I didn't have this the last time I did this diet. It is real tummy rumbling emptiness and it's getting harder to bear.
I am on anti-biotics this week too for a chest infection so feel crap anyway. Being starving all the time is not helping! I don't want to break my diet but I am really struggling.
