    Started back on CD yesterday after having 3 months off for an op and am really struggling tonight. I'm hungry and the bread in the kitchen has been shouting at me to eat it all evening. It's been harder because my other half has been out and when he's here I find it easier as he encourages me to stick at it. Really really want to stick at it as I put a stone and a half on while I was off it and really want to get it and a bit more off before I start having my wedding dress fittings.

    Well you already have your incentive so DONT DO IT!!! hehe bread is evil remember!! carbs carbs carbs!!!eeeeviiilll!! its the devils food at the min!!
    (sorry im in a crazy mood tonite lol)
    Why dont ya take your mind off it by havin a bath/early bed/watch a soppy dvd or sort out your clothes that WONT fit you in a very short perios of time if you stick to it??

    I'm chucking water down my throat, nearly finished my 4th litre, gonna watch The Bill then have a bath and bed.

    I feel moved to say that after months of dieting and fighting hunger and cravings the usual advice...

    a) DRINK MORE WATER

    b) PAMPER YOURSELF WITH A NICE BATH, BEAUTY PRODUCTS, WHATEVER

    ..no longer cuts it! Well, not for this girl. Water drinking can be a pain, and a bath is, well, a bath. Not a luxury. Not a balm to soothe hunger!
