Extra Easy Struggling!!

Hi!
I'm on my 2nd week of SW and am following EE plan.
Last week I lost 4lb's, this week it seems although I'm following what I did last week, I haven't lost anything! :(
This has got me down and I don't know what to do before my next weigh in on Thursday evening!
Anyone have any ideas for some superfast weight loss on my plan??!!!!!
Help!!!!

i could have written that!!!

i was the same but hoping body is catching up, as for me 4lbs in one week is unheard of

but i am really trying hard with the 1/3 superfree - which i hope makes a difference.

r u writing food diary on here??

same here, 4lb off in my 1st week, just got weighed tonight and 0.5lb on!! might have to try red days instead
dont give up on EE plus red days r soooo expensive, i am hoping i have lost something after my sts last week

I am now being firmer with the whole 1/3 superfree - always i thought i was doing that, but no.

hope the weight shifts soon

not a huge fruit n veg fan..eating more fruit than veg...so might try and up it this week..have ate a banana evry day last week and eggs come to think of it!

Pudgy Panda...I'm not writing diary's on here but am writing them for the 1st four weeks in my class for the SW mentor.
Kelly811 - I'm not a big veg/salad fan either but have been concentrating on the fruit instead as I don't mind eating them.

I just spoke to my SW mentor and she's made me feel a lot better (considering I'm away for the day tomorrow and need to consider two meals out!! hmm!!)
Saying this with her help I've decided to have a filling breakfast f.e bacon and beans, then have fruit and cereal for lunch and perhaps a yoghurt and also something like a jacket potato/beans/tuna for tea. This way I'm keeping my sins down as they've been a bit high this week also, and she said that I should b fine.
Fingers crossed eh??!!

With the 1 third superfree foods she also said that it didn't necesairily HAVE to be a 3rd of every meal but generaly over the day...so giving u eat a lot of fruit it should fill in for the 3rds in your meals if that makes sense.

Saying this, I hadn't realised that I was eating more superfree foods that I thought last week so maybe I should concentrate on getting more of those??

Don't worry. When I rejoined SW doing EE I lost 4 pounds the first week and then STS for TWO weeks. The week after I lost 3.5 pounds.. so it will come off!

i'm on ee - started 2 weeks ago when i joined sw
first week -2lbs
this week -4lbs!

all aboard the weight loss train! woo woo! lol x
