Hi, does anyone else struggle to eat enough? I eat plently of green veg etc but struggle to get my net carbs to 20g a day without having to force myself to eat. Any suggestions? Thanks x
I'm the absolute opposite, I struggle to keep mine down!
I like to have alot of mayo, and I add pepper sauce to most foods, I know these raise my carbs, urm, I eat lots of eggs! I know that "low fat" mayo is slightly higher in carbs than the full fat stuff so maybe try adding a bit of that to your salads to get it up a bit?
Thanks Aaron, I'm wary of using mayo as the ones in my supermarket are made with vegetable oil not olive oil. Jim, this is true lol I shouldn't worry really x
Ooo went to the shop and found full fat co-op mayo is made from rapeseed oil and 0.2g carbs per tablespoon, I know what I'm having with my salad tomorrow lol
