Hold in there. Last weds was my 2nd weigh in, 2 days before i weighed myself and had just about lost 1lbs, i could have cried and given up there and then, and to top it off it was my totm.Then to my complete surprise on weigh in day i had lost 4lbs!! i was sooooo happy just hold tight till weigh in and keep drinking water as thats what helps with the weight loss. good luck for 3rd weigh in on tues! Its my 3rd on weds!! :)

keep going. I weighed myself last week 2 days before my official weigh in and hadnt moved at all but then 2 days later at chemist i had lost 3 pounds. drink lots of water as everyone on here seems to have better losses the more water they drink x

hang in there!! just try and think how great you will feel when all the wieght it off!! honestly i just remember how i looked 10 years ago and that motivates me!! all the clothes i can buy and look good in!! how confident i will feel!! think of all of that and why you are doing it and it will motivate you!! dont give up!

Hang in there if you can Jazzyjay - take it a minute at a time if you have to. Go clean your teeth, make the bed, walk around the block. Remember
